Can't say I've ever been that far to the east coast of the U.S. But, I do have to say that I think it would be difficut for me to go to a place like that and not be allowed to bring back loads of these yummy fruits with me! Apparently, the fruit is not for sale, just for education.

"Visitors may sample fallen fruit (no above-ground harvesting is permitted) or get a taste of the season's bounty at the Welcome Center's tasting table." I doubt that "a taste" is anywhere near close to an 811rv meal!

Not even any fresh fruit available at the cafe!

The classes look fun and I think it would be a neat place to visit if I were already in the area. Report back to us after you go, heidi jane, okay? :)
