Hello to all, i just wanted to know if food combining is any good while on the 811 diet? I know when eating breakfast while looking at the sample menu section in the book that only one fruit is eaten for breakfast and for the other meals it has food combination. I asked cause a health specialist i spoke to said fruits should be eaten alone. What's the correct approach of this to reach optimal results??? When eating different fruits together should i eat one fruit at a time then eat the other or can i combine them and eat them together??? And should i only eat one fruit as a meal for breakfast only???
