I don't think it's sunshine. I live in NM where it shines about 28 days a month and I ride a bicycle to and from work. Each way is 45 minutes, so I get sun on my face and arms for 1.5 hours a day.

Sleep is totally a different story. I just got back from Asia and seem to wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep until an hour before wake up time. I hope that gets better soon.
