Thank you Jack! I truly appreciate the words of encouragement. Yes, it takes time, and you are right, short term it is hard, but long term, it's easy. I've actually recently chosen minimal health care coverage because I believe that the solution for me does not lie in a hospitals hands, but lies in mother nature and our choices. So empowering! Every action has an equal and opposing reaction, right?
