I am definitely not satisfied with my current lifestyle Dr. D :) My goal is to get back to eating raw foods again and not have the body feel uncomfortable because of it. In the mean time I am having basically a cooked vegatarian diet. I can only do the best I can do, and I do know that my efforts are top notch. I am not afraid to try things that make sense to me, I have recently done a water fast even (only 4 days because I can't afford to go someone for an extended period of time to do a supervised one. I am admittedly a work in progress :) Doing the best I can do in the moment. However I am not as concerned with the fact the I drink more water than most as I am concerned with the quality of the water that I put in my body. If quality didn't matter, everyone would be thriving on unorganic GMO fruits and veggies, it just isn't the case.
