I happened to be in Sobeys tonight and looked at the old water I used to buy. It was still R/O but not reverse osmosis. When I started the raw diet in Jan. 2011 is also when I switched to r/o deminerlaized water. I felt awesome for awhile, but soon started to have major digestive issues which I am still dealing with today, I only changed off of the demineralized water a couple of days ago.
