The turmeric helps as it gets rid of bloating and is
anti candida. I noticed a difference in a week with
regards to my bloating.
I have tried various alternatives too but turmeric
seems to be the most effective. I tried garlic and
onions but they seem to make me dumb after the 1st few
days and promote anger/desire which is something you
do not want if trying to leave a cooked food diet
behind.

There are plenty of herbal remedies to choose from,
SJW helped get rid of my depression a while ago
without any side effects but what I take at the moment
is Rhodiloa. It corrects the serotonin deficiency in
the gut and the brain caused by candida and eases
adrenal fatigue. You have to give it a couple of weeks
to build up in your system.

Try and get as much rest as you can and be patient.
Stress aggregates candida overgrowth and further
depletes you of serotonin.

A short fast or cleanse would also be helpful in
cleaning out your colon.

It took me a long time to get well and find a solution
that worked for me. The 80/10/10 diet is sound but for
me I need that little extra help via natural medicine.

Good luck
