Ugh I started a bit early. I ate full raw 80/10/10 on saturday. No overt fats since thursday. I feel like im killing myself. By all objective means the candida is worse. I get small lesions all over my skin. My eyes are extremely dry and itchy. The thrush is worse than it has been in months. Why is this? Has the excess fat still not left my bloodstream? I feel like I have catched the flu. Reading all the testimonials "I had a headache on the first day on the diet and then I felt better than I have ever had in my life" just makes me doubt if they had candida in the first place. I don't know if if I'm going to be able to continue this, it feels like im undoing months of progress.
