:) I have contemplated this as well Dr. D, I sure don't mean to pretend to be an authority on the subject, I respect the info and wisdom on this forum, that is why it is one of the places I asked the question here :)
I was curious if anyone has tested the ph of their r/o distilled or demineralized water? I tested mine today and even my tap and toilet water unfiltered is much higher, in fact my r/o demineralized water is a very acidic 5.5.
I may be well off, but the reason we eat the good raw food is because of all that it provides for us, without these vitamins, minerals, and enzymes there wouldn't be any reason for us to eat it, when I think of r/o demineralized water that is now considered 'pure' not only are the bad things removed, but the good as well. It seems to be more of a foreign product now, that doesn't occur anywhere naturally. To me it seems like the GMO version of water.
I have been drinknig this water for 1 1/2 years, and have only recently switched to filtered tap water, I will see what my body says about the change. I would love to hear any other insights though. Thanks so much everybody!
