I don't know about 80/10/10 helping with allergies because I haven't been on it for long enough. I have recently found a great "cure" for my pollen allergy though. I take at least 2 teaspoons of MSM and about 5 grams of vitamin C every morning, it completely kills my pollen allergy. It doesn't make me drowsy like the rx allergy medication either
