The point of drinking water is to hydrate oneself, not to get minerals. We get minerals from our green leafies and the BEST water from our fruits and veg. Page 58 of The 80-10-10 Diet states, "Fruits and vegetables are nature's perfect water filters, and the water within them is the purest available on Earth. All efforts to purify or "structure" our drinking water are merely attempts to replicate the water we were designed to ingest in our raw fruits and vegetables." And, on page 258, "Fruits and vegetables are nature's most pristine water filters, and the water we cook and dehydrate out of them can never be adequately replaced. Drinking water, no matter how purified, alkalized, or 'structured,' just doesn't compare."
