Hi, any suggestion on what food/snack to bring when climbing Kili? I'm leaving next month and was wondering what would be the best high energy food to bring? I;'m thinking dates, carob or cacao powder, maca powered, dried bananas. I requested from the local outfitters for vegan meals and lots of fruits. I'll appreciate any idea on what food will give lots of energy. Also tips on how to deal with altitude sickness... Thanks,
