Subject:         Acid - Alkaline forming

Hello Dr. Graham,

You said that "Whether a food is alk or ac-forming is
determined by the mineral content" but I also know that it
depends on the protein content:

High proteins > acid forming

High sulfur-containing amino acids > acid forming.

Is this the case?
Or it depends only on mineral content?

I'm a bit confused, can you clear this for me?
