it's been 10 years now since I've got diabetic type 1 that startED while I was pregnant

It's HAS been a long journey for me to find a way of living with this auto immune decease which brought me to the eknowledge that only with THE PROPER food and sport I MAY control IT

Since I discovered the" row food diet" I feel much better and I AM eager to start eating fruit much more than I USED TO EAT BEFORE [ do today.]

My A1c test are very high = 9 and the fruit are responsible for that jumps in my sugar levels.

My question is whether you have an experience with patient like me and whether IT IS possible to cure me or help me live with the 80\10\10 diet.
