Oh, maltron, my heart goes out to you and your family. I have no advice or words of wisdom re the feeding tube issue (other than if your loved one has made his wishes known, either through advanced directives or otherwise, it is the family's duty to abide by those wishes regardless of what they are), I wanted to encourage you to, as much as possible, be present for your family member during these final moments. That is the greatest gift you can give -- yourself.

I trust Dr. Graham will respond as soon as he gets the oppotunity. In the meantime, take gentle care, maltron.
