Thank you for your reply Just Me!

I can't combine bananas and oranges at a meal either, gives me tummy trouble. I also realize it's not proper food combining.

I'm having trouble eating just bananas for a meal. I personally don't like them. It now seems that after each pregnancy my aversion to bananas has worsened! They are however an inexpensive, easy to acquire calorie source. I am still lactating and not looking to loose weight so taking in sufficient calories is a priority for me.

It seems if I eat as many bananas as I can tolerate (only 2 or 3 max at a time, as of today), wait 20-30 minutes, then have OJ (which I love) my tummy feels fine. I just didn't know if it wasn't a good idea to eat them that close together.

Looking forward to appreciating bananas more and eating more of them in one sitting. Also can't wait for my case of mangoes to ripen!

Thanks again for your reply. I really appreciate your sample menu, that was very kind of you to provide.

Denae
