Subject:	My Hair is Falling Out!!!

So, I have very thick, curly hair. I "no-poo" about twice a week and noticed that lately quite a lot of hair is coming out of my head while I'm in the shower. Oh my goodness! Could it be I have a deficiency of some sort??? Well, I don't think so. In fact, I think I'm just shedding like my beagles do. :)

Funny thing is this same exact thing happened last year, although it was in late June when our weather finally heated up. This year, our weather very quickly went from cold and rainy to hot and windy, almost overnight just in the last week or two. Coincidentally (or not!), it was in this time frame that I noticed this "shedding" starting up again.

So, I'll keep a bit of an eye on it, but I am expecting it's going to be same as last year -- about a month of shedding and that's the end of it. My hair never appeared less than full and thick last year, even in the midst of the most intense shedding where I was getting handfuls in the shower. I say its just another form of out with the old and in with the new! :)
