On our end, I started on 811 in 06/07 when I read Doug's book. My boyfriend is 100% rv right now and he's doing better than i am! lol I am probably 90-95% most days - definitely feel better without animal products or grains :)

I know a few families whose children are 100% rv and the children are old enough now 7-9years old that they are choosing to stick to raw food - pretty cool!
