ahhh.. I see... that makes sense. And when using arms and legs for strength training it generates bone building in arms and legs plus bone growth is generated everywhere, including spine, yes? Did I get it? I'm pretty sure this my weakest link and I now have motivation to make a choice to embrace and become very fond of it. Thank you so very much!
