Subject:         green smoothies

hi i was wondering if its ok to have a green smoothie in the
morning for my breakfast instead of just fruit,as for the last
10 years ive been having fruit only for breakfast, i read fit
for life and harvey diamond says to have fruit or fruit juice
only as it frees up energy and detoxes you,do you think green
smoothies for breakfast does the same job or better,
