Hi Doug, thank you. all negative calcium balanced foods have been removed; no animal products in this lfrv diet! : ) however, 38 yrs of sad diet prior. can plant based calcium consumption and strength training stop or rebuild the bone loss? so far the only way I have figured out to reach 100 percent of u s r d a for calcium is by consuming a minimum of 10 ounces of organic soybeans which for some reason are high in fat and throws me way out of the 10 percent fat cap. which is worse for bone loss: 15-17% fat or only reaching 60 percent of calcium requirement? Thx again!
