Subject:         Mild/moderate osteopenia

Based on a recent Dexa bone density findings:
In the spine, L2 to L4 moderate osteopenia in the spine; 1.012 g/cm2 T-score is -1.6 and
In the left hip, mild osteopenia in the left femoral neck; 0.883 g/cm2 T-score is -1.0.

What's a girl to do fitness wise to improve or stabilize this situation? Anything specific? Also, are there any specific foods to increase the consumption of for their nutrient content?

Positive family history in mother and sister.
