often i'll wake up and drink whole bottle of spring water of about 16 ounces and then 15 minutes later i'll drink a blended up drink of about 2 1/2 cups of whole oranges and pineapple and spinach and then all will exit quickly out of my body in about 10 minutes. then on my next meal i'll drink same size bottle of water and then have about a cup of tomatoes blended up with heap loads of celery into a liquidy soup like consistency with diced up pineapples in it and again it will exit my body whole lotsa in 10 minutes or less. i'm thinkin reason for this is cause of tremendous amount of water and liquidy of meals??? am i correct??? and is this nornal and healthy??? is my body still absorbing all the necessary nutrients from the meal??? :/ loooong sigh :/ sure hope that i'm absorbing all the nutrients and not washing em out of my body :/ also, when i eat meal of of large romaine leaves and tomatoes and mangoes diced up without water beforehand then it digests slower. also, i've noticed carrots and peas are taking lots longer to digest when eaten whole and am having some troubles digesting them also and wonder why and think it could be because they are just starchier and more of a complex carbohydrate??? is that correct??? thanks
