Hi, I am a newbie here. I have gone back and forth for a few months trying out the 811 diet. I love the book and it makes so much sense to me. I was having a hard time at first and kept failing but I think I FINALLY figured what works best for me and that is to eat only fruit (and lots of it) all day long until dinner and then have my salad at dinner and no fruit at all. I have been able to do this now for 4 days and I feel fabulous with no big cravings for other cooked foods or anything not on the diet. I was wondering if this is how most people do the diet/lifestyle? Thanks!
