I may be mistaken as it has been at least 8 months since I was a member of his Raw Natural Hygiene forum.

Sorry I can't be of more assistance in this regard, Neda. I've never struggled with seasonal allergies before, but now that I have been 811rv for some time now, this spring is my first bout with them! Not horrible like my SAD husband's struggles with allergies that he's had his whole life (he gets them very severely), but still . . . I do NOT blame the diet. This year is being touted as one of the worst of allergies in my neck of the woods.

I do hope you find some relief, Neda. Just observing how much my husband suffers this time of year is heartbreaking.
