I've recently plunged into 811rv and am loving it. I am slowly getting more comfortable with the volume of fruit I am eating, but still am not sure if I am getting enough calories, or exactly how many I should be eating for that matter. I'm a hair shy of 6 feet tall, currently at 153 pounds. I sit at a desk most of the day for work, but am still quite active. I walk my dog for 30 minutes every day. I run for 30 minutes 2-3 times a week, lift weights at the gym for an hour twice a week, and do 60-75 minutes of yoga twice a week as well. I started out with the goal of eating 2,500 calories a day (thinking that was abut what I ate before 811), but maybe I need more like 3,000, or even more?

I'm using CRON-O-Meter to keep track of everything I eat. Based on their 811 nutrient ratio setting and my height and weight, they say I only need 2500 to maintain my weight, about 3000 to gain a pound a week. I have no interest in loosing weight on this diet. Their calorie results seem lower than some of the other calculators I've looked at. So based on their system, can anyone give me a calorie goal to shoot for?
