Subject:	Seasonal Allergies

Hi Everyone,

I have and had always had really bad seasonal allergies. In some conditions, it's hard for me to be out in nature for more than an hour without sneezing till the point of pain, eyes burn, turn red, itchy and the whole bit.

This has always been very sad for me because I love being in nature.

I'm currently following 811. I am wondering if anyone had these allergies and healed them with the 811 lifestyle. It's on the list of reasons why to stick with this diet. Any experience would be a cherry on top of the fruit salad.
