I'm no doctor, but it sounds normal to me. Green spinach in = green poo out. If I can't remember what I ate the day prior, I just look at my poo! No kidding -- if I ate oranges, then my poo looks like blended oranges; if I ate a spinach salad, it looks like a blended spinach salad (green and maybe some red if I threw in tomatoes). My understanding is that when eating 811rv, our digestion is a lot more efficient, so the food doesn't sit there in the digestive tract and turn brown, and there's plenty of water so the poo is nice and hydrated and soft, rather than hard and compacted. I think I remember Dr. Graham saying it should look like "fish food" in the toilet bowl.
