That I understand that you wouldn't eat only bananas typically for a prolonged period of time. I guess what bothers me is this. People try to enter healthier eating. They start out. Then they get bombarded with all the "negatives" - that you'll lack in this or that. Now if you eat bananas you'll have this imbalance and not get enough sodium. SIGH!! So what will a person do - head for the "salty" french fries at McDonalds (sodium, you know!). I mean why bother doing this as you'll get all these imbalances and you know, they did not have imbalances when they were eating SAD. They did of course, but you know what I mean. People start thinking they need to be a chemist so they can eat right. Things like this are so discouraging to people. And I know of people who have eaten only bananas and only other fruits for a period of time and they have resolved health issues. So I guess their sodium issues come back to balance? If there really were any!!
