why do skinny people have cellulite and because they're already at a good normal weight does that then mean that their cellulite is permanent and how come it only happens on back of upper thighs also??? my friend asked me this and i didn't know answer to reply back to her and i am also wondering too. she doesn't look like she has it to me, but when she is sitting and turning around you can see it and also when she squeezes that area you can also see it too :/
