Subject:	811 diet after a shorter water fast? Dr. D and others

I am doing a water fast in hopes of improving my digestion so that I get more out of the 811 diet when I resume eating. I was curious if anyone noticed that the fast itself didn't heal somethings, but once they went onto the 811 diet which continues to heal that they noticed that healing took place?

I recall Dr. D saying that after a fast he noticed something new about his body everyday for an extended period of time, and I was curious if this is attributed to the fast or the 811 diet.
