Subject:         Grazing Vs. meals

Dr. Graham,

I have slowly started converting over to your 811 method. I am coming from a body builder style background in which I am accustomed to eating every 2 hours throughout the day as opposed to 3-4 meals a day. My eating habits really consist of something like 3 good sized meals and snacks in between. I was always taught this was the right approach to fuel my metabolism (not sure if that's true). I have grown accustomed to these eating habits, and feel like it works well for me combined with my active lifestyle. I noticed in the 811 book you kind of hinted towards eating 3 large meals instead. I was just going to seek your advice on this subject to better understand the method that may best benefit me and the reasoning behind it.

I apologize, as I am almost certain you have probably covered this topic before somewhere on here. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
