Learning that one should earn their food, and also knowing that physically straining exercises contribute to symptoms of tightness in my throat, I was curious what some of you think about using a rebounder for exercise. I know that it is supposed to be an excellent exercise to move the lymph, but it doesn't get the heart rate up like other exercises. Would it still be a recommended exercise for earning ones food? Thanks in advance :)
