Hi Mark, I just recently finished listening to Raw Nutritional Science Part One and in it, Dr. Graham says: "We all have an agenda for our bod[ies] -- "I want my face to clear up, I want to lose weight, I want to get rid of the arthritis, I want the heart disesase to go away, I want my eyesight to get better" -- and we impose changes in our lifestyle[s] upon ourselves in order to achieve these agenda and it doesn't matter! Your body isn't listenin' to your agenda; the body has its own agenda! . . . [A]nd it's running that agenda to your best interest -- always perfectly in your best interest. And it's doing things in such a way that requires the least amount of work for the body, while doing the least amount of harm to the body." So, basically, Mark, it's up to your body what results you are going to have and the results are going to be different for everybody. Keep us posted, okay? I'm curious to see what your body has in store for you. :)
