I came across an old post that mentioned to saved your meals for immeiately after exercise to improve digestion, is this really the case? If so I see that as an area that I could dramatically improve on. I guess my questions are what is the theory of exercising before meals, and also how much should one exercise before those meals, as well how much does exercising improve the digestion, and what types of exercise work best. Thanks so much in advance, it is always exciting to learn where I can improve :)
