Hello Rudy, I haven't had a fructose malabsorption test, I only found out about this theroy this morning, but it may be on the list of things to try.

I am not against fasting but a 30 water fast without anyone around me who knows anything about health seems at least a little overwhelming, I have done fasts in the past but nothing compared to that :) What kind of supervision did you have while on your fast? Were you able to continue working or did you take time off of work to do such a thing?
