Absolutely Rudy :)
I went raw for over a year, and did as close to what I thought was the 811 for less than half a year. I got to a point where I thgouth my diet was optimal, but starting having progressively more occuring as well as stronger sensations of what I describe as a tightness n my throat which seemed to be relieved by burping. So basically I was having a problem with digestion.
I starting seeing medical doctors, naturopaths, with no diagnoses. I began to experiment with my diet but always kept a fairly high % of raw foods because I didn't think that could be the problem.
About 2 months ago I visited a Traditional Chinese Medicine Dr. who suggested that I now had a damp spleen as well as a spleen deficiency which was likely made more pronounced by eating raw. For the first time in almost 2 years I stopped eating anything raw at all and immediately my symptoms began to improve. As recently as yesterday I have tried several times going back to try some raw fruits, dates, bananas, apples, and canteloupe and continue re-experience these symptoms, so it is unquestionably related to these foods for sure. I have had these symptoms now for what almost seems like a year and was on the raw diet for approx 10 months before changing the diet because I didn't dream that there was anything better for me.
Another thing that the Dr. suggested was that since I was eating a lot of my raw food directly from the fridge that it affected my spleen so it was going to take time to rebalance, today I see my improvement not due to not eating cold food directly from the fridge, but more so because I have removed the raw fruits from my diet completely as this point.
If you need more clarification Rudy, please ask :)
