Hi Mark, Here's something you may wish to consider (reason I am sharing is that it worked really well for me; not saying it is going to be the cure-all for you): Choose one type of fruit and eat that EXCLUSIVELY for several days, and maybe even a week (meaning, do not consume ANYTHING else during this time, with the exception of water if you find yourself thirsty). Choose a fruit you haven't had trouble with before -- one that is very fresh, ripe, and plentiful. Then, after your tummy has gotten used to digesting that well, maybe try a different fruit for one of your meals of the day. And, when that goes well, maybe add some greens like celery or lettuce to one of your meals (your first combination meal thus far!). Eventually, you'll be able to add in a small amount of overt fats like nuts, seeds, avocados, and the like, and you'll be able to see how it goes with those. FOR ME, doing this did a couple things: 1. It lightened the digestive load. Combining more than one fruit -- even "compatible" fruits of similar water content tends to be a bit more difficult for me to digest. Although now I do choose to do simple combinations here and there, in the beginning of getting really serious with 811rv it really helped a lot. 2. By only adding one food at a time every few days I was able to readily pinpoint what foods didn't like me back. Anyway, I do hope you find what works for YOU. Keep us posted, okay?
