Subject:	How much sleep do you require on the 811?

I was curious how much sleep those of you who have been 81 for a period of time require? I seem to recall Dr. D saying that we need to get as much as we need, but I was curious if some of yo uare needing less sleep now while on the 811 or even raw food for that matter than you did what you weren't eating raw, and if so, how much less. Thanks in advance :)
