with my thoughts gary :)
sounds like yes in that it could be too much fat as discharge/mucos means inflammation i believe.
we all are sooo different, and so we all have different reactions all the time, and best not to compare yourself to others and feel bad for having a reaction that somebody else doesn't have. often when i overeat on overt fats in one day, i'll feel slightly more stuffier. hope i helped comofrt somewhat gary :)
