woke up at 5am and left house half hour later to do an early morning 6am hot yoga class and then came home and rested for about an hour in a half and then drank 16 oz of plain costco bottled water half hour before going to gym where i did an hour of calistenics and then after that hour of calistenics i drank another 16 oz of same costco bottled spring water and then 10 minutes later ate 509 grams of blueberries and a blended pudding like consistency of 7 medium bananas and 2 medium pears and 2 handfuls of spinach and then after that i ate 2 whole medium apples and later on tonight i am planning on having a handful of sweet cherry tomatoes blended with large handfuls of celery and spinach and then havin spiralized fat cucumber noodles with mango and tomatoes dressing drizzled over them This mornings meal i think was easily over 1000 calories i ate in one whole sitting/time so i think i got my stomach pretty stretched out enough but i am not fat nor overweight and weigh just about 90 lbs and am few inches below 5 feet tall, so i think i really got the hang of this :)
