Sure. It doesn't really seem to disappear at all.. Once I'm
exercising consistently it just gets worse. It doesn't seem to hit
right after exercising though, it generally hits me a few hours
afterward and makes clear thought difficult, so it might not be
directly related to the exercise.
other info..
I eat 3300 cals a day, lots of bananas and dates. 1-3 lbs of
greens a day. Lots of smoothies. 3L of water a day.
I don't sleep that well, partly because of the headaches, but I
haven't been a solid sleeper in quite some time. I get in bed by
1030 but sometimes can take over an hour to fall asleep, and
wake up by 7-8 each day. The headache doesn't disappear by
the time I've woken up, but it is generally better.
I'm also stressed about a few things going on in my life,
I'm guessing there's no easy diagnosis of a generalized sinus
headache, but I appreciate any advice:)
