Dr. Graham,
I've been 100% 811rv for almost 14 months. For the first year or so (coming from a pretty unhealthy background) I didn't exercise much, besides a few hours of walking every day and occasional sports.
The last couple of months I've been exercising more often (running 30-35 minutes each day for the last month for a total of around 4 miles each day). I've also been sunbathing whenever it's sunny for 30 minutes each day. (which has been most days lately)
During this time I've developed pretty bad sinus headaches, possibly migraines. Initially I had some odd rashes that looked like they only occurred around veins (as a result of increased bloodflow from exercise?)
Is this just a standard adjustment to getting more exercise, considering I came from a fairly unhealthy/stressful/antidepressant use/junk eater/periodic alcohol drinker before 14 months ago? Perhaps my body is just still healing from the pretty serious stress and abuse it went through before becoming lfrv?
