GC,

The human stomach is innately elastic and has evolved to stretch. Of course you are going to have a belly after big, fruity meals. If you scan the pictures in some of the 80/10/10 promoting websites you will find an abundance of people who actually take pictures of their fruit belly with a sense of humorous pride.

If you know that food combination is important, then do it correctly. Do you need Dr. Graham to tell you that mixing oranges with, say, bananas is going to bloat you and give you gas? Perhaps if you shift your focus on how you feel rather than how you look you will be able to obtain more peace with your decision to follow a LFRV lifestyle. As Dr. Graham points out numerous times in his talks, forums and I think even his book, it takes at least two years to completely feel the benefits of this way of consumption/lifestyle. How long have you been 100% 80/10/10? Do you have a history of digestion difficulties? Unless you are suffering or your overall health is declining, I would suggest to relax and enjoy the ride. Focus on the subtle improvements along the way. :)
