Dr. D., My son-in-law does the Paleo diet. He is as comitted to that as I am to 80/10/10. It makes me nervous. Of course my daughter eats mostly the way he does. He is a fireman- very tall and muscular. They're also feeding my granddaughters the same way. They think I'm weird. How dangerous is this? Thanks, GC
