Hi meg. I have heard of people actually healing their cavities by eating raw foods.

Believe it or not, I recently got a cavity (a very small one my dentist says) and that was about a month ago. I have not made an appointment to get it filled or come back or anything. I have increases my oral care (I rinse and brush immediately after each meal) and have cut out all acidic fruit as I've had bad luck with them in the past.

I do not use any toothpaste either, just water. I also got a cheap electric toothbrush which seems to help.

Other than that I try to get lots of sun and calories.

I really do not believe a word of what my dentist tries to sell me with his fluoride toothpaste and how a vegan lifestyle of eating fruits and veggies will destroy my teeth.

No one can decide this for you. You have to make your own decision on what feels right to you. I made my decision on what felt right to me. I'll let you know how that works out.

Much love
Brian
