I've been 811rv since January 2010 (by which I mean I will be 100% PERFECTLY, no oil, spices, salt etc) I use toothpaste and a soft bristle tooth brush. I just got my first cavity, and I think its due to my toothpaste. Do you think its smart to get it filled? I know there are bad fillings, which I wouldn't get, but I've heard the fillings that look like the color of your teeth are "better".. I have also heard though, that when they do the fillings they make a bigger hole or something, which makes it really easy for the filling to come out and for it to be a big problem down the road. Is it possible for it to repair itself? I would be really interested in knowing what your thoughts are on this. Also, should I ditch the paste? I know a lot of people simply use water.. Thanks so much!!! :)
