I'm assuming that the primary source of fat for
children would come from mother's milk? Considering
humans wouldn't have had year round availability to
nuts/avocados.

I know that you have a daughter but I don't know her
age? Does she currently breast feed? When was she
weaned off or at what age do you plan to wean?

I have a 4 and 2 year old daughters that have both
been weaned at the age of 8 months - not by choice -
and currently consume goat milk. I know there is no
replacement for mothers milk but I want ensure they
get a source of fat that is the most beneficial or
mitigates stress on aspects of their health.
Recommendations?

Regards,
Mike
