Clarissa is still a teenager and Luke just hit his 20's. I am not sure what you think of as "long term" Heidi, but I have been saying for decades what I learned from Shelton, "give the diet 7-10 years of serious practice" and you will get the hang of it.
2 years of on and off just isn't long term, even if it seems like it from a newbies perspective.
I believe Luke is quite on 811rv, Heidi, and am not sure what I could have written that made you think otherwise.
