Hey! That is me :). This is the first time visiting this site for quite some time.

Perhaps it is time that I updated everyone. Following Dr. Graham's advice, I did a 30 day water-only fast and my hypERthyroidism is gone as is my malabsorption (for the most part anyway... my face is really red which went away during the fast but came back after I started to eat again), colitis, gastritis, appendicitis is gone (and I had stool in the bugger last year), fatigue (for the most part), hair loss, chills, rapid heart rate and a few other things that I can not remember. I'm not 100 percent yet but I feel that as time goes on I am healing.

My last posts mentioned depression and although that continues, I have taken the steps necessary to surround myself with like-hearted people and hopefully this will allow make it easier for me to open up. I'll be heading to Oregon in late May to take part in a 5 week permaculture course in a quasi self-sustained community. Hopefully they will allow me to stay on as a volunteer and a community member after. *crosses fingers*
